HIV-AIDS Care

Purpose
To provide individuals diagnosed with HIV/AIDS with a 360-degree visit so that his or her physical, emotional and lifestyle needs are addressed at each visit.

  • Nutritional assessment and counseling
  • Oral Health - routine preventative, emergency and restorative
  • Pharmaceutical Assistance
  • Psychosocial Counseling
  • Referrals for Specialty Care and Diagnostic Testing
Eligibility
  • Any person diagnosed with HIV/AIDS
  • Financial support for medical services is available through a grant for individuals:
    • With no insurance
    • Living below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level
