The Health Department and Community Health Center offers laboratory testing which supports our other medical programs. Laboratory services may also be used by the public with a physician order.

The Health Department laboratory is located at the Belvidere Medical Building, 2400 Belvidere Road, in Waukegan.

• Fees are assessed based on the services needed, with adjustments made depending on the individual or family income.
• Third party billing for Medicaid or Medicare is available.
• No one is denied services due to an inability to pay.
