To have an automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings account you must:
- Complete the Automatic Withdrawal Application.pdf
- Must include voided check or deposit slip from your savings account
- E-mail to treasurer@lakecountyil.gov
- Fax to 847-984-5918
- Mail to: Lake County Treasurer

- Automatic Withdrawal Applications must be received 2 weeks prior to due date
- To cancel ACH, written notification is required 2 weeks prior to the due date
