Delinquent Mobile Home Owners
The 2012 Mobile Home tax bill due date is July 23, 2012. Starting July 24, 2012, a $25.00 per month penalty will be applied with a maximum of 4 months ($100.00).
Bills that are not paid by October 23, 2012, will receive a final notice.
All Mobile Home tax bills that remain unpaid on December 14, 2012 will have a lien filed against the owner.
Certified funds are required on delinquents accounts.
