First up we’ll hear about local monitoring efforts. A representative from the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago will provide an update to their data collected in the watershed over the last five years. Then Marcy Knysz from CarnoJFNew will explain the Buffalo Creek Clean Water Partnership’s effort in coordinating monitoring within that watershed for NPDES compliance.
The second half of the meeting will be spent evaluating our progress towards meeting Goal 2 and the objectives that fall under it from the watershed plan (see attachment). I’ll be sending out an agenda and meeting notes from last time shortly. We look forward to seeing you there.
