The TRM is a companion document to the WDO and provides the technical tools and guidelines to correctly apply the current WDO; to promote uniformity, consistency and efficiency throughout the permit and enforcement process; and to ensure that developers adhere to the minimum standards set forth in the WDO for impacting watersheds throughout the county in all Lake County developments.
