General Summary of Copy Fees:

  • Recorded Documents are $1.00 per page
  • Plats are $5.00 per page
  • PTAX forms are $1.00 per form
  • Military Discharges are free to the veteran

General Summary of Recording Fees:

Recording fees are based on state statute and can be difficult to interpret due to the numerous variables including document type, number of pages, references, and transfer taxes. Listed below is a summary of our most common fees. If you have any doubt, please feel free to call or email with your questions.

Top ten document types and their base recording fees...

  • Deeds $39.00 (Sales may require additional transfer taxes)
  • Mortgage $39.00
  • Release/Satisfaction $39.00
  • Foreclosure/Lis Pendens $39.00
  • Assignments $39.00
  • Liens $39.00
  • Judgment $29.00
  • Court Order $29.00
  • Power of Attorney $29.00
  • UCC filing $37.00

Documents with over four (4) pages require an additional $1.00 per page.  (pricing table)

example: The recording fee for a six (6) page deed would be $39.00 +$2.00=$41.00
