ServicePoint® Application for New Agencies and Programs
ServicePoint® is a shared database used by over 60 programs in Lake County. The database allows intake information and referrals to be shared between agencies (with client consent, of course). ServicePoint allows one to manageclient data internally and more effectively communicate with external partners. There are costs associated with implementing ServicePoint. A mandatory orientation meeting was held on September 24th.

Lake County has grant funds available from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development to assist low-income persons. Funds can be used for the following activities:
Community Development is responsible for preparing the following documents and administering these funds:
Community Development activities are overseen by the Community Development Commission (CDC), which meets the fourth Wednesday of every month at 7:00 PM.
The CDC encourages residents to get involved in the decision making process for the use of grant funds. The Citizen Participation & Input page provides information on how you can do so.
