Community Development has NOT moved to Libertyville. Renovations to the County Administration Building will result in Community Development moving to a new location at an as of yet undetermined date. Please check back at this website for updates.
The Community Development Division is moving!
On Monday August 2nd the Community Development Division will be located at 20 S. Martin Luther King Drive in Waukegan, just south of Washington St. We will be sharing space with the Veteran’s Assistance Commission. Our phone number and mailing address will not change.
ARRA QPR's Available - July 19, 2010
The American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA) requires regular reporting on activities undertaken with these funds. Visit the ARRA Funds page for the latest Quarterly Performance Reports (QPR) for April 1 - June 30.

Draft CAPER Available - July 13, 2010
The Consolidated Annual Performance & Evaluation Report (CAPER) is now available for review. The Community Development Commission welcomes comments on this annual report. See the Public Hearing Notice below for information about the opportunity to comment.
