
What is SAP?
This outpatient alcoholism and drug abuse treatment program provides a variety of drug-free treatment modalities and a methadone maintenance treatment program. Through comprehensive and continual assessments, the client is rapidly engaged in the treatment process.
Services include individual and group counseling, twelve-step modalities of Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous, and aftercare programming. Program also provides follow up at three and six months after treatment is completed.
Who is eligible?
Adolescents and adults who are demonstrating problems or potential problems with either drugs or alcohol are eligible to enter this program. Services are provided at the following locations and schedules:
What is the cost?
Fees for substance abuse treatment services are based on level of income and number of dependents. A sliding fee schedule based on national poverty levels is available for Lake County residents.
