The Support Services Division is responsible for the internal print center, mail center and delivery services. They provide high volume printing capabilities with digital equipment for producing documents in both black and color printing. Finishing options are also available to punch, pad, cut, bind, fold, insert and laminate documents according to department specifications. Additionally, this division has the capability to design documents utilizing a variety of desktop publishing programs to produce professional looking documents. The mail center provides inbound and outbound mail services for the USPS and operates a daily delivery service to outlying County facilities from the main Waukegan building. This service is designed to facilitate same day delivery of interoffice correspondence, pick up and delivery of small items between locations, and pick up of outgoing USPS mail to be processed by the mail center.
The Support Services Division produces forms, brochures, signs, business cards, bound books, flyers and letters.
