Payment Instructions:

• Always include the name of the person responsible for making the payment and the case number.
• Always include the county name (Lake County) on your check.
• Methods of payment include personal checks, money orders, certified checks and cashier's checks.
• Post-dated checks will not be accepted

• An annual fee of $36.00 is assessed in January of each year.  This fee is in addition to and separate from amounts to be paid as child support and/or maintenance.  This payment should be designated as "Child Support Fee" to assure proper accounting credit
