All units of government within Lake County must certify a list of the people who are required to file a Statement of Economic Interests by February 1st of the filing year. Log in below using the User Name and Password included in the email sent to the Chief Administrative Officer. Confirm the correct district is displayed in the selection box. Click District Administrative Contacts to update the contacts for the district. To edit & verify the list of filers for the district, click District Filers (Add / Edit Filers and View Filing Status).
If the information for a filer is correct, check the box next to the filer's name.
To change a filer's information, click Edit.
To remove a filer from the district's list of required filers, click Remove.
To add a filer to the list, click Add New Filer.
Filers missing information are shown with a Red Border.
Filers with changes that are pending approval by the County Clerk's Office are shown with a Blue Background.
After all filers have been entered and verified, click Final Certification and enter your name, position, email and phone number. Check the box confirming that the information is complete and correct, then click Certify.
Once certified, any changes to filer information must be emailed to the County Clerk's Office. After certification, log in to view the filing status for filers in the district and do so periodically to ensure all required filers comply with the law.
