  2. Current Grantees

    Lake County Community Development and the City of North Chicago require grantees to report on their progress and performance throughout the term of the grant. Forms should be completed and submitted to Community Development staff.

  3. Fair Housing

    Lake County promotes fair housing and seeks to comply with all federal and state housing laws, ordinances, and executive orders. Lake County recognizes and appreciates the value of a diverse population. This diversity can only be maintained and expanded if all individuals have equal access to a broad range of housing in thriving communities.

  4. Grantee Information & Training

    Lake County Community Development offers technical assistance to all of its grantees through workshops and one-on-one appointments. Workshop presentations are available for review.

  5. Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP)

    As of the end of August 2015, the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) program has successfully produced over 90 units of housing for low-income Lake County households.
